  • You are responsible for a defined group of our clients' employees and support them in their day-to-day HR life. In addition to drawing up employment contracts, warnings or references, for example, you are also the contact person for our clients' employees in the event of questions or problems
  • You communicate with the management level of our customers and provide support for problems with employees
  • You maintain the electronic personnel files, communicate with your colleagues from the payroll department and carry out a wide range of HR projects

What we want from you...

  • Successfully completed commercial training or successfully completed business studies
  • You have already gained (initial) experience in HR
  • You speak good German as well as English or another language and written communication is also easy for you
  • You like working in a team and enjoy working in HR

Why we must not lose sight of the COMMON GOOD!

Our first team event of the new year took place recently: A terrazzo workshop at Studio Elise. We made jewelry and soap dishes to our own taste. It was a relaxed evening together, away from the office routine, and we had a lot to laugh about. Even though we often see each other in the office, we (sometimes) work completely remotely from our home offices and our different working hours don't always allow us to take a lunch break together. So we can only emphasize again and again how important time outside the office is for everyone.

New statutory minimum wage 2024

Dear customer,

The Federal Cabinet has approved the draft law to increase the protection provided by the statutory minimum wage.

We would like to inform you that the statutory minimum wage will be raised to 12.41 euros per hour from January 1, 2024 . In addition, the pay threshold for mini-jobs will be raised to 538.00 euros. This means that if the minimum wage is paid, the mini-jobber may work 43.35 hours per month.
